The Slayer
This one phase program is a themed workout that Zach developed back in 2019. This is an all out gauntlet on the body, challenging your strength limits while making sure to try to add size in the short four week phase cycle that is prescribed. 4 days a week, for 4 weeks. The Slayer is designed to develop the athlete into the most monstrous and intimidating version of themselves. Adding size and strength to both upper body and the lower the body the athlete will embody who their version of The Slayer is. This program utilizes percentages that will be beneficial to use if the athlete knows their one rep max for the squat, deadlift and bench.
