For dedicated athlete who are truly looking to make a lasting change. It is a detailed session consisting of basic measurements of flexibility, VALD ForceDeck power output measurements, four different speed tests using VALD timers, film of every drill and test to give feedback on common issues and trouble points of sprint and jump form. Also points out any mobility issues in shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. The Evaluation gives the athlete a chance to see how their body moves on the turf and in the weight room under the eyes of an experienced strength coach
