Mt. Musclemore
Mt. Musclemore is a four phased strength & conditioning program that was developed by Zach Tadel who wanted to create a program where you could still be gaining muscle in the gym but also maintaining and/or gaining strength in the process. This program consists of a three day split ideally being done with one day rest in between each day. Each phase goes for four weeks with a total of four phases. (16 Weeks). First phase is Basic Strength, second phase is Hypertrophy/Strength, third phase is Absolute Strength and the final phase being solely Hypertrophy.
